X-Met are working with specialist insulation contractors on major projects throughout Scotland, providing solutions ranging from manufacturing oversized feature picture window pods for individual timber clad houses to simple over cills for residential and tower block refurbishment.

A robust steel frame combined with specialist fire-resistant glazing provides an attractive, modern solution for meeting current building fire-safety regulations in public spaces. X-Met is an approved manufacturer and installer of leading steel-framed glazed fire systems, including – Forster Profiles, Schuco Jansen and RP Technik. We offer a full range of solutions—from fixed screens and partitions to fully automated doors—with fire ratings from E30 to EI120.
